A Holladay family wanted an outdoor space their kids could actually play in and where they could host summer dinners. We cleared the overgrown yard, regraded for drainage, installed a 400 sq ft paver patio, laid fresh sod, planted mature aspens and perennial garden beds, and installed a full smart drip-irrigation system.\n\nLandscape lighting along the walkway and patio extends usable hours into the evening. The transformation took 3 weeks and the yard is now the highlight of the home.
