This Provo homeowner had a dated living room with damaged drywall, popcorn ceilings, and worn carpet. We scraped and retextured the ceiling, patched and painted every wall, installed 800 sq ft of luxury vinyl plank flooring, and built a floor-to-ceiling shiplap accent wall around the fireplace.\n\nNew 5.25" baseboards and modern trim throughout give the space a cohesive, upscale feel. Completed in 10 days with minimal disruption to the family.
